Our Online Training Solutions program is a new five part online training series for Project Management, Project Controls, and Construction Management professionals. Logging in online and attending from your office or home alleviates the busy project management professional from being out of the office to attend a two or three day class. Also, the low price of $49.99 USD per class removes the hassle of corporate approval if individuals wish to further their knowledge on their own.
These 90 minutes classes are designed to flow together, building upon the skills obtained from previous classes, or may be taken individually. Delegates can earn .5 PDU for attending each class.
Can't attend the online class? Everyone who registers (whether you attend the class or not) will receive a CD which includes:
- Video with Audio file of Training (including all questions and answers)
- PDF file of the Training
- Manual for implementation (each class has separate template)

Proper utilization of Project Controls (8/24/11): This class focuses on utilizing project controls inside the Project Life Cycle and how to address project changes and the downstream effect of those changes.
Estimating - Fundamentals of Estimating TIC Projects (9/14/11): Discusses the four stage estimating process and how it aligns to the Project Life Cycle.
Scheduling - How to properly develop and manage your schedule (10/12/11): In this online class you will gain a deep knowledge of developing and managing your total project schedule inside the Project Life Cycle.
EVM / Forecasting - Truly understanding your project status (11/9/11): This course summarizes the process categories, project organization, planning, updating, evaluating, forecasting, and baseline control required for an Earned Value Managemen,t and utilizes ANSI/EIA 748 as a guideline.
Risk Management - A guide to total project exposure (estimate uncertainty and event driven risk) (12/7/11): In this online class you will gain knowledge of identifying and quantifying your total project risk and exposure.
