Project Management:
Project and Construction Management: Our project managers have extensive expertise to direct, support and coordinate all phases of your project. We are excellent in overseeing and directing both internal company support and third party subcontractors to ensure that budgets and schedules are met. Our construction managers are experienced, hands-on engineers and have the knowledge to fully understand the complete scope of your project and direct it from initiation to completion in the field.

– Develop execution plans, subcontractor strategies, budgets, QA/QC requirements
– Define roles and responsibilities between all 3rd parties, JV and venders
– Establish a communication plan
• Execution/Construction Stage
– Manage resource availability, performance quality and document data control
– Measure schedule progress, cost trends and forecast and change management through Project
Controls Support
– Identify potential problems and implement mitigation plan
Procurement Management: With proven processes, procedures, and qualified people, we assist our clients with RFQ development, tender tracking and development, issuing purchase orders, and tracking materials and deliverables to the project site.
Administrative Support: Supporting the project team is a critical part of success. We assist our clients with project organization, meeting minutes, requisitions, data consolidation, and project necessities.
Value Improving Practices (VIP) and Certified Value Engineering: Strategic alliances formed with Pinnacle Results LLC allows us to offer the best in class. VIP and CVE are two industry proven and accepted methodologies to streamline your processes and save money.
Training:
Risk Management Training: This class utilizes Primavera Risk Analysis; however the primary focus is on the process.
Clients will learn how to create, track and manage risks associated with a project throughout that
project's life cycle. This fully interactional class stimulates sharing of previous risk management
experiences among participants and subsequent creative thinking for resolution of future situations.
Schedule Development and Management: This class utilizes P3 or P6 version 7 but focuses on the process of
schedule development and the proper management of the schedule. Clients who attend this class
will learn to accurately develop a schedule, utilize critical path analysis, progress utilizing the earned
value method, and fully identify project impacts.
Cost and Forecast Management: This class focuses on understanding all aspects of cost forecasting
. Clients will learn to evaluate the entire picture of project impacts, apply cost and productivity factors, and understand the importance of contingency management.
